Gonzalez, has more than 20 years experience as professor at University College of San Juan and/or Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. I have 45 years of project management and professional engineering practice baseline for use in delivering project management online education and training I have completed my Doctor of Education (concentration Physics Curriculum) dissertation on engineering student persistence at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. I continue to use the guidelines of my dissertation to motivate students to excel in their project management learning and performance.
