Objetivos:

  • Conocer qué es ISO y su propósito
  • Orientar en cuanto a las partes que tiene una CPP
  • Conocer los riesgos elegibles y tipos de negocios que califican en una CPP
  • Explicar actividades que crean un riesgo de responsabilidad comercial para un negocio
  • Reconocer y describir las cinco (5) secciones de la CGL
  • Definir y describir los tipos de pagos que se adjudican en corte
  • Describir las tres (3) cubiertas principales de la CGL
  • Reconocer las fuentes que crean responsabilidad
  • Definir a quién se le provee protección y defensa
  • Describir cómo trabajan los límites de seguros
  • Conocer y aplicar las revisiones al “Coverage Form” y endosos
  • Aplicar las exclusiones de las tres (3) cubiertas principales y endosos sobresalientes, a la luz de los cambios ISO 2013
