La respuesta está en técnicas y herramientas sencillas. Constantemente, hacemos comentarios a los demás. Y es posible que no lo hagamos de manera consciente. Nuestras expresiones verbales, lenguaje corporal y gestos contribuyen a reflejar lo que pensamos, y una persona astuta es capaz de identificar lo que realmente queremos decir.
